Alan King, cross country and track coach at Rocky Mountain College, will present track workouts at West High in Billings, every Tuesday evening in June beginning June 1. All sessions will begin at :30 PM. Sessions are free and will continue every Tuesday at 6:30 through June 29. If you have track shoes wear them, if not no problem. Alan will help each runner plan track workouts to suit their abilities and goals. These sessions are very helpful to those who have not been on a track in a while, have never incorporated track sessions in their training, or runners who want to get faster.
